Dominance has various technology management measures in place. We use a workforce management and reporting system for our guards, which allows us to locate the whereabouts of our staff via geofencing, and to submit reports for any situation during their shifts.
Our staff can be equipped with body cams, smart radios, language translation apps, heat sensors and emergency beacons. This is to ensure that our staff deliver the services required to protect the community, their people and the companies we represent. We frequently monitor our service performance, and smart technology gadgets to identify issues early on and implement any necessary steps to improve our services.
