Our efforts to increase the social inclusivity of our workplace and become an employer of choice, is backed by the social procurement policy we have in place and the determination we have towards meeting our 2021/2022 RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) pledge. Our board of management also includes well respected Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leader Sean Armistead, who is the Co-founder and former Board member of CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program, and who spearheaded Crown Resorts Indigenous programs from 2012 to 2017.
