Fulvio is a pragmatic communicator and leader, who succinctly explains key strategies and concepts to all levels of business, and uses his expertise to build and assist businesses. With over 25 years of experience, Fulvio is a leader in the field of information technology with the ability to humanise technology to solve real business problems. He has a passion for nurturing talent and assisting people to become successful in their chosen professional careers.
He is a determined individual who prides himself on breaking away from traditional methods of operation that no longer serves his clients and finding new and innovative ways that will support and move businesses forward.
Fulvio was recently appointed as the Vice-Chairperson and Chair of Judging of the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance, bringing the best and brightest young and diverse talent into a competitive awards program hosted annually throughout Asia.
He has served on several advisory boards and committees while operating several established and start-up businesses. One of his proudest moments having the privilege of serving as a Director of the North Melbourne FC at a critical time in their history between 2007 – 2011.

Jodie Catalfamo has over 22 years of brand, strategy, advertising, and marketing experience. She has written and implemented brand and marketing strategies for large and small enterprises and is always striving for differentiation and a competitive edge. Her experience in large agencies has allowed her to work on some of the biggest brand campaigns, ranging from TV, radio, print, and online. She lives by her mantra of consistency, One Look, One Feel, One Voice.
In addition to running her own branding agency J&Co, her entrepreneurial spirit has driven Jodie to create the worlds first platform comprising of smart tools for the creative and advertising industry. Brandvas is a SaaS product incorporating AI and data to provide agencies with insights and knowledge to give them a competitive edge in a highly competitive market.
Jodie’s energetic, problem solving and results driven attitude, together with a drive to deliver on commercial goals and successful campaigns, makes her an exciting addition to the team. Alongside her Committee position, Jodie has provided strategic guidance for Dominance including brand strategy, rebranding and assisting with marketing strategies and plans.
An Indigenous executive with management experience across corporate, government, and Indigenous community sectors, Sean is a nationally engaged speaker on Indigenous employment, business, start-up, and programs. At a community level he is:
Chair of Ganbina – Agents of Change, a school to work transition program for Indigenous youth Board Member of Kinaway Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce.
Board Member of Killara Foundation.
Council Member of University of Melbourne Alumni Council.
Sean is also the Co-founder and former Board member of CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program, Former Board of Worawa Aboriginal College, and Tarwirri Indigenous Lawyers Association.
He headed Crown Resorts Indigenous programs 2012 – 2017 implementing RAP journey achieving Elevate status in 2015, and was responsible for the employment of over 650 employees. In 2017, Sean joined Sodexo, the world’s 19th largest employer, RAP Elevate, and EPI organisation to oversee strategy and further development of the organisation’s national network of 250 sites of operations working with urban and remote communities. He developed and implemented procurement processes to ensure community and cultural due diligence resulting in the growth of Indigenous spend from $9M to $21M within 2 vears.
He has also commenced work in the public sector with the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade, working on policies and treaties and liaising with government departments at both a domestic and international level.
Dr Tony Zalewski is an internationally published author who has been involved in public safety for over 40 years including 17 years with Victoria Police. He was Founder and CEO of the multi award-winning Australian Institute of Public Safety, a private provider of higher education and industry training courses that was acquired by a global education provider in 2008. Tony’s work as a risk, security and safety expert is well recognised internationally where he has developed practical solutions for operational security and safety problems across most industry sectors.
In addition to working with government, regulators and industry across all Australian States and Territories, he has worked with government agencies throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the UK and USA.
He is also a court recognised expert and has worked on some of Australia’s larger personal injury cases involving security. To date he has provided over 500 expert reports and is regularly consulted by senior lawyers in case preparation relevant to security, risk and workplace safety.
